Responsibilities
- Architect and implement distributed systems handling 10M+ daily transactions
- Lead migration of legacy monoliths to cloud-native microservices on AWS
- Optimize ML pipelines using TensorFlow and Apache Spark for real-time analytics
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent TechInnovate at industry conferences
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Kubernetes Operators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of distributed systems patterns and CAP theorem
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Track record of shipping production systems with 99.95% uptime SLAs
