Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize application performance using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging across multiple environments

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring framework
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in RESTful API design and development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
