Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Document data processes and maintain data integrity across systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
