Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Python and Go
- Lead AWS cloud infrastructure optimization and CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and automation
- Contribute to architectural decisions for enterprise-scale applications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python or Go
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
