Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Go/Python in AWS/GCP environments
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, chaos engineering)
- Contribute to open-source projects and industry best practices
- Drive system performance improvements and security hardening
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend software development with Go/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready code in agile environments
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership abilities
