Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go/Python/Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure automation
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with Product on technical specifications and roadmaps
- Architect solutions for 99.99% uptime and disaster recovery
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithm design
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready code
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
