Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software architectures using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure system reliability and speed.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Testing: Implement robust automated testing strategies to ensure product stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in React or Angular.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS or Azure cloud services and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and architectural thinking.
