Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern development methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across distributed systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
