Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and tech talks
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct performance tuning and incident response for production systems
- Drive architectural improvements with a focus on scalability and reliability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems design patterns
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana) and A/B testing frameworks
