Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead cloud-native architecture on AWS/GCP with Terraform
- Optimize high-throughput payment processing pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements with Jenkins and ArgoCD
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Java
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong grasp of security best practices for financial systems
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
