Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Lead architecture discussions and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve bottlenecks in production environments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into our tech stack where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with strong understanding of object-oriented principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
