Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing systems to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance for speed and reliability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the stability and security of our applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Technologies: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Go. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
