Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Full-Stack or Backend development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java, and familiarity with modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or Node.js).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
