Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Python and Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native solutions on AWS
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system scalability
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Drive technical innovation through rapid prototyping and experimentation
- Ensure system reliability through comprehensive testing and monitoring
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
