Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, technical debt analysis, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Go, with strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
