Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Optimize system performance and lead CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal developer tooling
- Conduct thorough testing and ensure production reliability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or similar languages
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Proven track record of mentoring and leading technical initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and agile methodologies
