Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with AWS DevOps
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct A/B testing for performance-critical features
- Collaborate with product teams on technical roadmaps
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Docker/K8s)
- Proven track record of mentoring junior developers
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs
- Experience with event-driven architectures
