What You'll Build:

- Contribute to open-source projects with 5+ monthly commits
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders quarterly
- Drive security best practices in all development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS or equivalent with 5+ years backend experience
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and serverless frameworks
- Strong background in observability (Prometheus/Grafana)
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade services
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience leading technical design documents and RFCs
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex system architectures
