Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using microservices architecture
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across the team
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend framework (Node.js, Spring, Django)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
