Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using cloud-native architectures
- Lead weekend sprint planning and code reviews ensuring technical excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via agile methodologies to deliver enterprise solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for automated deployments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical documentation
- Optimize system performance and security across distributed environments

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go, or Node.js)
- Strong background in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Proven ability to lead weekend development cycles in distributed teams
