Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Develop secure REST APIs serving 10M+ daily requests
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Architect cloud migration strategies for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing and performance tuning for distributed systems
- Drive agile development ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Deep AWS/GCP infrastructure experience with Terraform
- Strong background in distributed systems and microservices
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade SaaS products
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithmic complexity understanding
- Experience mentoring cross-functional teams of 5+ engineers
