Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response coordination for complex security breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud infrastructure
- Develop zero-trust architecture solutions for hybrid environments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Present executive security briefings and compliance reports
- Mentor junior security analysts through our peer program
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ in engineering roles
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and NIST frameworks
- Hands-on experience with threat hunting and EDR solutions
- Proven track record in incident response (DFIR)
- Strong Python/Go scripting skills for automation
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance (sponsorship provided)
