Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, and deployment.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions to improve system stability.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and optimization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
