Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Write clean, optimized SQL queries and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear storytelling and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
