Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance software systems.
- Lead technical design discussions and conduct rigorous code reviews for complex features.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to define and refine product requirements.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
