Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance software systems using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and establish coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and infrastructure scalability.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural debt within the codebase.
- Participate in the full SDLC, from initial design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
