Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong focus on security and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance under load.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to production deployment.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed team.
