Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate complex requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain the highest engineering standards across the team.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability while ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and technical retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience in a high-growth environment).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on React, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and containerization tools like Docker.
