- Design & Architect: Lead the end-to-end design and development of robust web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
