Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and senior engineers alike.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the architecture and technical vision of our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a modern tech stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with Node.js or Python for backend development.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and cloud services (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
