Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous technical code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture design to CI/CD deployment.
- Drive technical innovation and stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong experience with React, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a remote-first environment.
