Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
- Optimize database queries and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Strong coding skills in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
