Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Lead architectural discussions and make critical technical decisions to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and senior engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term technical fixes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Java, Python, C#, or Go.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote-first, distributed team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
