Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java, Python, and Go
- Lead cloud infrastructure migrations to AWS/Azure with Kubernetes orchestration
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture planning
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime and rapid deployment cycles
- Drive technical strategy for new product features in fintech/healthcare domains
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at industry conferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Charlotte and New York offices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems and cloud-native development
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Java/Python/Go)
- Strong background in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform)
- Proven track record of leading successful SaaS product launches
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system architecture design
