Responsibilities
- Collect, Clean, and Organize: Gather raw data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Visualize Insights: Create clear, compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
- SQL Proficiency: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract specific datasets for deeper analysis.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the management team regarding project metrics.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to identify trends and suggest improvements based on data findings.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and a basic understanding of SQL or Python.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot data issues and propose logical solutions.
