Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Python/Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Strong background in distributed systems and database design
- Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle development projects
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
