Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Present findings through clear, actionable reports to leadership teams
- Optimize data collection processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Support A/B testing and statistical modeling initiatives
- Maintain data governance standards and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
