Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using AWS/GCP and containerization technologies
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent InnovateTech at tech conferences
- Drive DevOps initiatives including infrastructure as code and monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade applications in Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for clean code
