Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, React).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt in existing codebases.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment focused on growth.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and ensure deployment processes are smooth and automated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern front-end framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and RESTful API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
