Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead security audits and implement OWASP best practices
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical blogs
- Present quarterly architecture reviews to CTO and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Node.js
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architecture
- Strong proficiency in relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- Proven track record of building RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
