Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Python and AWS
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years building production-level applications
- Expertise in Python, Django/Flask, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proficient with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching (Redis)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
