Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high standards.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and drive technical innovation within the company.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript (Node.js).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end frameworks (Spring, Django, Express).
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and a strong passion for continuous learning.
