Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver high-quality features.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance and ensure robust security protocols are in place.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to mitigate them.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go).
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
