Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architectures using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize distributed systems for 99.99% availability and sub-100ms latency
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Drive DevOps excellence through infrastructure-as-code practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong foundation in distributed systems and data structures
- Proven track record of shipping production-level services
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
