Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business performance metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Document methodologies and present findings to non-technical leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven impact in tech/retail
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling skills with experience in regression and time series analysis
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills translating complex data to actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ end-to-end analytics projects with measurable outcomes
