Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Python
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS with Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Proficiency with distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- AWS certification or demonstrable cloud expertise
- Strong background in testing (TDD/BDD)
