- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visual narratives and data stories
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to ensure real-time data accessibility
- Lead data quality initiatives and implement data governance best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with progressive responsibility
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development skills
- Experience working with federal contracting data or healthcare datasets preferred
