Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Python, Go, and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Drive technical debt reduction and system scalability initiatives
- Partner with product teams to deliver user-centric features
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience with JIRA proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Experience with fintech or SaaS security protocols (PCI-DSS, SOC2)
