Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Analysis: Design and execute comprehensive data analysis projects to identify key trends, forecast future performance, and support high-level business strategy.
- Advanced SQL & Python: Write complex queries to extract and manipulate massive datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the organization.
- Visual Analytics: Build interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and implement automated solutions to improve productivity.
- Reporting: Generate and present weekly and monthly performance reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems using data-driven methodologies.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance.
