Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with peers.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and architecture decisions.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
